Wont let me change my payment method?

Says there's a problem with my payment method since I tried using affirm to pay monthly payments for the apple pencil and iPad, but the shipping takes a long time so they charge me for the pencil and gave my money back for the iPad. The problem is they won't let me change my payment method since it keeps saying "something went wrong", and the two options it gives me are no help since its automated and just takes me back to my order which is useless. And yes, my card does have enough money on it, just seems like no one is going through this problem.

You're not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user tech support forum and we, just users like you, are not aware of your orders/transactions with Apple.

Hi,


For this issue you will need to contact Apple Support with your order number. Apple Support will then be able to provide additional information about the order status, payment issues, as well as update your payment for you, if needed.

Your order number should start with a #W.

I also would like to note that it is expected behavior for your card to not be charged for the Order until it ships.
