Too many passcode attempts

I have tried to reset my Apple Watch due to too many passcode attempts. When I scroll down on the watch to reset. The reset is highlighted in red and won’t let me continue. I’m stuck please help

Try this;

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
