Action Required: Problems with payment

Hi, I’ve received an email as shown in the picture stated that there’s problem with my payment but I don’t know what’s the problem is? I tracked my order and its still processing. I even tried to check with helpline and still saying that my order is processing. I’ve tried to check an errors but couldn’t find any. How can I know if my payment is successful?
