I bought a new mac and even though they told me that they will send me the invoice to my email this never arrived. how i get in touch with apple via chat or email to send me what i need.

I did not that is the problem. i am afraid that i may enter the wrong email to the salesperson. i link and i see and use my mac to my account i can verify my id and serial. i try apple support and they send me to call the store. i am out of the region and i can not do that
I do not see my last order they may have used the wrong email or i may type wrong. i bought from the store
