Safari on iPad frequently shows blank web page

I have written and asked before, and so far zero helpful responses…here is my gripe…

WAY too often, and sadly, ever increasingly, when I am browsing on my iPad, fully up to date OS-wise, and using Safari, also fully up to date, I get the blank web page. When I contact either Apple or the web site provider, I am told, yup, you got it, “delete all cookies”…which NEVER, EVER solves the problem…

Alternatively, after much shoulder shrugging (as in, gee, never heard of this…yeah, right…am advised by website provider “try Chrome or another browser”…

Sure, I am going to do this, and trade in my iPad for the extra 32gb of memory…NOT

And then, for many, get the “helpful” advice “just download and use our app”…yeah, right, see above…if I do this for every website that fails to provide a usable web solution, then, see above, gonna need to trade in my iPad and get one with 32gb more memory…

What is telling and odd is this rarely if ever happens when I use Safari on my MacBook Air.

I hear from techy friends that it is simply too costly for all these website providers to certify so many platforms, but SERIOUSLY, they cannot certify likely the biggest “tablet” one and the most common browser for Mobile and tablets, i.e. iPad and Safari?

So, what the heck gives here???
