I want to buy a new Iphone 12 from Apple but I have Cricket wireless. What do I need to do?

yes, I called them and they said iphone needs to be unlocked but when I browse apple website, I didn't see any Iphone 12 unlock. Is there any iphone 11 and later unlocked?
