Bluetooth disconnecting

I have a 2019 Toyota Tundra. I recently purchased a iPhone 13. I preciously owned an iPhone 8. Now with the new phone it drops calls after a minute or two. Also is loosing connection with my pandora. I’ve never had a problem with my I phone 8.

Make sure that you have updated your iPhone 13 to iOS 15.1.1. Some iPhone 12 & 13 devices have had call handling issues. Other than that, you can remove the iPhone from the vehicle and the the vehicle from the iPhone and then try pairing them over again.

Verizon cannot run a diagnostic on your iPhone. That would have to be done by Apple. Pandora is a streaming service and would rely on your cellular data, so if you are having call connection issue, as well as a data connection issue, it could be something for your carrier. That diagnostic on your cellular would be something for Verizon to do.
