Have you attempted to clear website data in Safari yet? If not, let's do that along with the other suggestions in the following support article:

If there's no change, we'd like to have you further isolate if this is occurring with both the mobile website and desktop website in Safari. To toggle between the two, tap on the AA next to the url in Safari, then select either Request Mobile Website or Request Desktop Site. Keep us posted on the results.
