Stop getting each other’s texts

How do I get caught on own iCloud so we don’t get each others texts and FaceTime calls while keeping her on family sharing?

Each user needs to have their own Apple ID. Your device should be set up with yours alone, other user devices should be set up with theirs. Family sharing is set up by Apple ID so whomever you make family can share iCloud storage, purchases, etc. while keeping their own account.
