Can not be. That I have my appleid, my username, my password, I have everything, and it may not be that I have to lose the photos of my phone and only have the option to restore, and I have to lose all my information.

Check iCloud, Directly:
Go here, and see if they, in fact, reside in iCloud: https://www.icloud.com/photos
If your phone is disabled there is no way to recover any data on it. You will have to restore data from a backup or that you have synced to iCloud.
