Having trouble with SMB and Monterey

I have an Azure File share that I can no longer mount from my main machine which is running Monterey. I use the exact same connection string from an old MBAir running Big Sur I have and it mounts fine. This also proves it is not a router/firewall issue (I also made no networking changes). The domain resolves fine as well.

I also tried restoring my machine using a TimeMachine backup which happens to be on my Synology NAS which uses SMB as well. When I try a restoration (using my backup) it fails with error code 112. How can I debug this issue?
