I Phone 13 turns off by itself

I purchased an iPhone 13 last week and the phone has been turning off by itself at least three times a day. Once it turns off I cannot turn it back on for almost 3-4 minutes. Is that a defective phone?

I will be out of the country until the beginning of February and will not be able to return this purchase within the 14 days.

What are my options ?
