Supercell receipts and purchase history not displayed

Supercell made changes to our accounts after we have had the same name for years, and ironically right after we decided to purchase the super ticket. I’ve been buying it for over a year now and I would like to request a refund on my purchases. The items displayed were for $6.99; however, I’ve been charged $16.99. I want a full refund from the start of the purchase agreement.
