I need to downgrade my iCloud storage Im being charged 2.99 and it’s not showing on my subscription or letting me downgrade , I just received my iPhone 13 and I don’t need the 200 gb storage

icloud storage I have never used even close to 5GB storage in iCloud. However, I have been upgraded without my knowledge and billed monthly. I cannot downgrade until the end of my subscription, which I never did. this is extortion and totally illegal.
