where some of us do our best to help each other troubleshoot.


Wondering

  • which MacBook (year) you are using,
  • which iOS is installed on the MacBook
  • what you were doing when you last used the Mac (shut down ? crashed ? froze ? error message ? update failed ?)
  • what you have tried when the Mac wouldn't start,
  • if you contacted Apple Support after reading the article you came here from, and what Apple said about your Mac.


Apple support have articles online that may (or may not) help.
