IphoneXS stuck with Apple on screen
My iPhone XS is stuck with the Apple logo showing. I do not have a MAC computer, only an iPad. How can I fix this problem?

You will need access to a computer to restore the device. If you cannot borrow one from a friend, then you will need to go to the nearest Apple Store to get this taken care of.
