Thanks for confirming there isn't a way, but that sucks!
I thought there might be a way in iCloud but I don't even see any access to them.
I've got about 600 of those to find and delete manually and needing ?5 actions? each!
Give me something to do over Christmas Hols I suppose.
i was unclear. I meant I cannot see a way to delete multiple conversations after a search result. I’ve got hundreds of these I wish to delete but not one by one.
In iOS 15, you click on the ellipsis button > Select Messages. Then, you tap each one you want to select. But, you can’t do that with the search results.
is there a way to delete multiple conversations in an iMessage list on iPhone? e.g. I have x00 messages from Vodafone for missed call alerts but each one creates a new conversation. I search for “missed call” in the conversations, get hundreds of matches and want to delete them all in one go. Not one by one x many hundred times. Please…
You can select multiple messages with shift-click or cod-click.
You cannot select multiple conversations.
You can mark multiple conversations in iOS, then delete all marked.
Thanks for your reply and it’s good to know there is a way of doing this but how is it done? I see no method of marking multiple conversations in iOS or macOS 10.15/11/12.
