I phone volume

My ringer volume starts out fine then rapidly gets lower on my iphone13. Can you help me with this?

This is expected behavior. After the first ring, if you are looking at the phone and the camera can see you are looking, the ringer volume will decrease to prevent disturbing others. You can turn this off if desired by going to Settings>Face ID & Passcode, then going to Attention Aware Features and turn that off. There is a short explanation of the feature under that setting.
