Iphone shutting off in very mild weather

This is an Iphone 11 running IOS 15.1, if this phone gets any kind of cold it constantly shut off and turns on, I have hard reset the phone, wiped the phone serval times and reinstalled IOS, the battery holds it charge no problem and this will happen regardless if the phone is fully charged or at 10 percent.

I have done factory resets and still not any better.

I know the phones have a built in feature it will shut off in the cold but this phone starts to act this way at 16 degree celsius.

It has been doing it for a year now, of course right as it came off warranty,

In the fall I don't even bother using this phone outside and in the winter it never leaves my most inner jacket pocket.

Any thoughts?
