Issues with my iPhone 7
My iPhone 7 I’m not hearing any one from calls there also not hearing me additionally the speaker speaker phone is unable to be clicked

Which iOS version is currently installed on your iPhone? Settings > General > About.
When did you first noticed this issue? Has there been any drops, spill, or other accidental damage that might have caused this?
Are you experiencing these behaviors only during call, or when you record using the Voice Memos app, or play music as well?
