Iphone malfunctions

Hello! I've been having issues with my iphone for the past week ever since I bought it. my phone just turns off and when I try to turn it on, it either gives me the apple loading screen and then it turns off and on, or its a purple screen and does the apple logo loading screen again. I don't know what to do with my iphone, its my first Iphone and im upset that ill be paying 150 each 2 weeks for it even though it doesn't work properly

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 

(2)  If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.

(3)  If that does not help then is your iPhone 12 less than a year old since the purchase date? If YES, then take advantage of the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty and have it examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. You may also begin by contacting ➔ Apple Support
