I have purchased an iPhone 13 pro max, there is a connection in the car to an external aerial to improve signal in the country.

is there a way to connect to the new iPhone?

There are signal boosters and antenna amplifiers, though how well those work? Some of the factory-integrated vehicular boosters do work adequately well, but as for aftermarket options? These are typically combined with a Ai charger.
