Change of location

I live in philippines and my wife registered my iphone while i was in philippines. I am in canada right now and everytime i download some apps,it doesn’t allow me because it says i need to open philippines app store. I tried changing it in settings but it still doesn’t work..please help

Location Restrictions:

To use in a new country/region, you need to zero-out your balance.

  • Purchase something that is more than what is in your account
  • Contact Apple Support, asking the Apple Rep to Zero-Out your balance

Contacting Apple Support:

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
