icloud photo backup
i have purchased 50 GB of icloud storage but it is still not backing up all of my photos. I have only used 5.4 GB. How do I get icloud to backup the rest of my photos?

Make sure iCloud photos is enabled (Settings > Photos)
Elect whether or not you wish to optimize
Open photos
Tap library
scroll to the bottom
Review the item count and current iCloud status
Leave the device plugged in and locked overnight
