Apple TV app Channels are independent of Apple TV+.
You can see all the available channels in the Apple TV app, in the Watch Now tab, when you scroll down to Channels.
Macworld keeps a list of Apple TV app Channels available to US viewers. I haven’t seen similar lists for other countries.
