I cannot open LinkedIn in Safari (unless I use an incognito tab)

Hi there, I have followed various instructions clearing cache and history in order to access LinkedIn, however for some reason the only method that has worked was to open an incognito tab in safari.

I am using the M1 Mac book pro. Please advise if there are any known issues in this regard and how to resolve them.
