Hello. Recently I purchased an iphone xr. They told me that the phone is unlocked, but is not. The simcard is locked i can not use the phone. The phone is brand new. Is there a way you can help me with that situation. it would be appreciated. I have always had iphones as they are great products. Have a nice day.

Sorry no, we can't help you. Only the carrier whom that iPhone is locked to can unlock it, if you are eligible.
