Just got the iphone 11 today. took the sim card out of my X and put it in the 11. Now says sim card is locked. HELP!

Hello,

And that is exactly what I would recommend that you do. Call your carrier's customer service. They should be able to sort this out for you.

Can you tell us the exact error that you see on the screen when you inserted your old SIM card in your new iPhone 11?
