No ringer sound
I more try to check the ringer setting and compare with iphone 12 pro max of my wife but the ringer no sound. But i restart the phone it ok but it auto off the sound after about 2h

We see that you're having some trouble with the ringer volume on your iPhone. Let's start by going to Settings > Sounds & Haptics, then see where the slider for Ringer and Alerts is set. If it's to the left, change it all the way to the right and test.
