Account Recovery Service- Must update with a Recovery Key and Contact but only be available for a MACBOOK Pros 2015 or later models -

In general, a household of One- Owns 2 main devices a iphone and/or laptop or Ipad From the last update I was trying to update my macbookpro late 2013 which cost me then $2400 and very please with it - after several attempts and making a call to the Customer Service - it seems to and ending and was only able to update Big Sur 11.6.1 and my Iphone 12 Promax which was another hefty amountand this does not include new accessories another 55.00 plus earplugs which apple decided to no lomger include them for the Iphone 12ProMax and then Airtag constantly advertised and must get ..This does not all the numerous updates which for become almost a full time job just to ensure was clearing understood. You may feeling at this point, .I am not enjoying this extra work and additional cost. I believe Apple had the right intention to make fast, simple and secure great priorities throughout the yrs, Feeling security has become less and less important as there items update get either missed out ornot property throught over . My Feedback : updates are clearly documented, resulting in long waits to call in to customer service - Your Customer Service team are the most pleasant people skills throughout all the customer service companies I had the pleasure of dealing with ( I am Retiree = Department Manager of largest financial corp in Canada..) Therefore wanted to praise first - Bravo to APPLE-Outstanding Customer Service is extremely important as I have owned every IPhone since inception which has resuling in become a loyal apple client including Ipad an d Mac. 2 questions-

1- Does Apple intend to serious not assist or offer recovery service for what apple calls VINTAGE items?.

2- Does the recovery contact also needs to the latest apple device in order for me to add them.. I tend to become the gatekeeper for morst friends and famliy members - in either coaching them how and explaining what the latest update consists of.. lately, more and more are not doing the updates due to fact updates cause the settings to defaults which take hours to put every item back to they one had changed it to what the clients has preference for= can we advise the developers to stop this process. Any chance that future devices, have various levels Example: BasicUser which basic 3 to 5 apps Example: Browser, Email, Music, Movies , Video CAM- The Elderly Retred clients want least stress and only prbably spend a couple of hours on the device.. I think will assist of society in regaining good values and etiquette . This will allow more to conversing and assist in showing the younger generation spending hours and hours on their phone causing a lonely society

Your feedback is appreciated
