Logic Pro X on MacOS 10.13

Hi, everybody!

I have a somewhat weird question.

Due to restrictions from other software running on my macOS 10.13 iMac, I can't use a newer os version. If I buy Logic Pro X (10.7.1 on Appstore right now with macOS 11 compatibility), will I be able to download an earlier version to fit my os?

Anybody knows how this works?

Downloading MacOS Ventura for a 2nd time. I am trying to download MacOS Ventura in my iMacBook Air 2020, but when I download it, it doesn't "apply the changes" and, when I open settings, it asks me to download it again, just as if I didn't download anything.
