External monitor cycles on and off when connected to a dock even when Macbook Pro is sleeping
I'm having a minor issue with an LG 27UN850-W monitor, Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock, and a Macbook Pro 2021. The monitor keeps powering on when the Macbook is asleep because it detects a power source from the dock when the Macbook is connected. It goes back to sleep shortly after when it doesn't receive a signal. It's connected via a USB-C to DisplayPort cable. The other monitor does not have this issue.
This is concerning because it will continue to cycle on and off until the Macbook is shut down or disconnected. I can also disconnect the monitor every time I put the Macbook to sleep but that is counterproductive. I've tried using features on the monitor such as deep sleep mode, but none work.
Is there a way to disable power/connectivity to a specific peripheral when the Macbook is asleep? If not, is there a way to disable power/connectivity to all peripherals when the Macbook is asleep?
