I have M1 Macbook Pro 13 inch running Big Sur 11.6, in Printers & Scanners I have added Samsung M2876ND and I am successfully able to print over AirPrint. It's an all in one printer but I am not getting scan option. Even in Image Capture app, all in one printer is not showing up for scan.

Official Apple website says that no need to download any software which comes with scanner.
Important: Don’t install software that came with the scanner. Your macOS computer downloads the latest scanner software automatically.
Usually "Scan" requires extra drivers/ software ... check the manufacturer's website for the drivers...
Image Capture does not show anything.
When your AirPrint capable wireless printer is connected to the same network as your Mac, your printer should show up in shared (Image Capture).
That is correct.
AirPrint does not require any printer drivers whatsoever.
The solution is to open Image Capture, select your printer, expand if necessary to open the scanner.
Both are connected to the same network.
