Logic Pro keeps crashing, gives me message "An Audio Unit plug-in reported a problem which might cause the system to become unstable. Please quit and restart Logic Pro."

I cant use logic for more than 5 minutes without it crashing. I recently upgraded to the new macbook pro and am running 12.0.01 Monterey operating system. And when I restart Logic the sounds for some of my vst's (specifically Arturia Analog Lab V) change to other presets. I did not have any issues like this before on my old Mac. Please advise as to how to fix this it is very frustrating !
