someone hacked my appleid

Someone hacked my appleid, changed the phone number on file, and now I can't access it. I had two-factor verification so not sure how this happened. Need Help.

My AppleID was hacked, they changed the phone number, apple cant help me My AppleID was hacked (when i try to log in it says: "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. You must unlock your account before signing in.") When i go to iforgot.apple.com I have to enter a the phone number of the hacker, so i cannot continue there. I contacted apple support, but they can only do the same things that are already on the website. (they also got stuck at phone number step) They also would/could not: revert my accounts phone number to the previous one, so i can recover it change the "locked" status, so i can login with my password delete my account, after it has been locked for months now Anyone has any ideas what i can do still, except buy an android device?
