Unable to access any Apple Service (iTunes, AppleTV , App Store, etc.) after updating to Apple iOS 15. All services report that they cannot connect. I have this issue on iPhone, AppleTV and iPad. Does anyone have a fix?

I’ve tried signing out, signing in with different user, and full system reset. None of these options have fixed the access. When I open any service, I get the spinning wheel and a message that the service cannot connect and to check my internet connection. This only affects Apple Services (App Store, TV+, iTunes, etc). I can use other apps just fine (any other streaming service app). It started on the Apple TV 4K, now on the iPad Air 4, and iPhone 12 Pro Max.

iPad Air, iPadOS 15

Hi Waterbearrrr,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand you are unable to connect to the App Store or iTunes Store on a number of your devices.

It sounds like you'll want to follow the steps and guidance we've linked below. This resource should help get you reconnected to the App Store.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

Cheers!
