In IOS 14 has age limits for apps , but I IOS 15 allowed only allow all apps and don’t allow apps . I think IOS 14 in this matter is better

That is very strange. I see this on my iPhone 11 running iOS 15:
Hi Yes actually Its strange , I have iPhone X max which running ios 14 and I am not going to update to ios 15 because after updating 12 pro max to ios 15 its come like this .
Same limits are available in iOS 15. Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->Content Restrictions->Apps-> select an age range.
