How to adjust saturation of iPhone screen?

hi there, is it possible to adjust the colour intensity or saturation of my iPhone screen? I’m looking for a 50% desaturation of colour. (the greyscale colour filter doesn’t have a slider)

On my iPhone 12 (and previously XR) dark mode is kinda great, but the blue text on black background looks awful. If it were white or light grey it would be much more appealing.
