MetaBank NA Visa Debit gift card
I have Visa Debit Gift card and at the back it was issued by MetaBank, NA. Why can’t I add this card if MetaBank is on the list of acceptable cards?
You likely will not be able to add debit gift cards to your wallet.

Pretty sure. Those work more like gift cards than credit/debit cards.
Is that for every debit gift cards? Doesn’t matter if it was issued by the banks on the list?
