Canceling apple subscription

See the information in How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support including the following:

If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.\

and

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.

Cancellation will only be effective after the current billing cycle expires. It’s not immediate and no refunds are processed. You’ll have to wait it out before changing regions, unfortunately.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to cancel it.
