Since downloading the new IOS, I cannot receive WhatsApp notifications. All settings are the same. Do not disturb not on, focus not on, done a network reset, hard reset the phone. Nothing!

I have the same issue but it is for all messenger services: Whatsapp, Signal, Telegram and WeChat. The notifications / calls appear only when I open the app. Can you please support?

If you have checked all notification settings on your iPhone, then contact WhatsApp support for help with their app.
