iPhone XR!!! Can't even open DFU mode.

I don't know what to do, I can't even do DFU mode, tried pressing down up and holding power button. I'm in need of Apple support, my warranty is expired. I have backups but can't even restore them because I went to IOS 15. What should I do??? I can't even open support to make a case? If it's not in DFU it restarts over and over stuck on the apple logo.

We'd like tho help get your iPhone working right without repeatedly restarting itself.

This link shows what to do If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly.

This would include the last step listed to contact Apple if the issue remains.
