Download old backup to macbook

I want to download my previous(not the latest) backed up iCloud photos to my laptop. But my photos at iCloud.com have already been overwritten. I can see on my iCloud>backup> there are 2 different backups (my older backup and my current automatic new backup). Is there a way for me to download the previous backup to my laptop or iTunes so I can choose which photos to download? I don’t want to download to my phone directly and I don’t want to download everything.
