My Apple Watch series 3 can charge but, it’s stuck on the Apple logo. Is it broken?! Help!

Press and hold BOTH the power button and digital crown at the SAME time until the watch screen goes black and the Apple Logo appears again, then let go of both buttons.

I try pressing both but it still on the apple logo. What can I do ?

I tried this step, then again the same screen with the apple logo appears and nothing else :(
