I Can't log in to my MacBook pro with my apple ID, message keep showing ' your account is locked while I still have access through my iPhone

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" (it points to the same document), click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856
