Unable to download apps

Greetings from Siberia! I’ve faced a problem on my new device - firstly I’ve tried to use my old Apple ID. Then I decided to make a new one and thought it works great. But later I’ve tried to update my apps and AppStore sent me a banner “your Apple ID is blocked”. Then it appears that my old Apple ID was blocked and I have no idea how to delete it from my device to avoid such situations and to use my phone with no troubles….

All downloads are permanently tied to the account that downloaded them, you won't be able to download app updates via a different account.


Try contacting Support : If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support and/or If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
