High-pitched noise when touch screen is used

How do I eliminate the high-pitched noise when I use the touch screen on my iPhone 8 Plus?

High pitch occurs regardless of whether:

1) silent mode is on or off

2) system haptics are enabled or disabled

3) sound is turned up or all the way down

Also, when this iPhone 8+ has just been restarted, the sound appears less frequently for less than half a minute.

Please advise.
