Those sound like a set of unrelated issues.

Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Do you have multiple devices in different places?

If an app or feature on your device is not working, it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution. See how to 'Use Screen Time on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch' by clicking here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208982

I went into my device settings, account details, and at the bottom it says -Trusted device list not available -

I only have one device associated with my Apple id, and I’m not using a device that is owned by a company or school either. I’m so confused, I can’t use Bluetooth or my lightning to usb charging cord in my car, my iPhone 7 Plus will show Connected, but it won’t do anything at all. No calls, no music, no charge, and no sync. Is my phone possibly compromised by someone else?

Why would I see my location in 2 spots in Find My app?
