It’s saying this accessory may not be supported I clean the charger port out I updated my phone and it’s still not working and the charger is good

It’s saying this accessory may not be supported I cleaned it out I did everything that I know I couldn’t still saying it and the only time will charge is when I turn my phone off and put it on charger
