how do i refund what my child baught

While i was away my daughter downloaded this game and she bought so many things in game using my card that was linked to my itunes

when I requested a refund for all the things she bought the request was denied and the game sent an email saying that the account will be banned since i requested a refund

it seems like my daughter bought something useless and when i went to return it they took the useless thing and they wouldn’t give me my money back!!

now i need to contact someone from apple support to clarify the situation and see if there is any solution to be done even if it’s a partial refund and I don’t know what to do
